deployhealth

Catch missing env vars before they reach production

deployhealth compares the variables your code reads with the ones your env files declare. On every pull request, the GitHub App comments when the change reads an env var no .env.example declares; on every push, the scan records MISSING, UNUSED and MISMATCH per deploy, so an alert can name the deploy that broke things.

It reports names, file paths and line numbers only, never values.

Reads JS/TS, Python, Go, Ruby, PHP and Java/Kotlin. Rust, C# and others aren't read yet: on a repo in those, the pull request check and the CLI say they can't check it instead of passing it.

From your repository's root. It prints MISSING, UNUSED and MISMATCH with file and line in your terminal, and sends nothing:

terminal
npx -y deployhealth-scan --dry-run
